Flysmallie Posted October 9, 2020 Posted October 9, 2020 If any of you guys are ever in Branson on a Wednesday night with nothing to do, I would suggest this. I haven't seen this show, but I know Nathan and have seen him play. He's an amazing guitar player. https://www.facebook.com/voodoochildshow bfishn 1
ness Posted October 9, 2020 Posted October 9, 2020 I guess probably Woodstock was my most famous concert. I was pretty young and don't remember a lot except my mom Sunshine was covered in mud and kept getting the stroller stuck. Paul McCartney and Wings at Kemper Arena ~ 1978. Fleetwood Mac (with Linsey Buckingham, no Christine McVie) at Sprint Center 2013 Saw Eagles at Sprint Center a couple years ago. I popped for really good seats for that one. This was after Glenn Frey had died and they had Vince Gill and Frey's son to fill in. So, not the lineup of their prime, but there have been so many in and out of that band that it's hard to really say who 'they' are other than Frey and Henley. They sprinkled in some of Frey, Henley and Gill's solo work. Also some James Gang. After the encore they all left the stage except 70-ish Joe Walsh. He kinda wandered around for a bit, then tipped over a stool, smiled and walked off Mitch f, BilletHead and Johnsfolly 3 John
Johnsfolly Posted October 9, 2020 Posted October 9, 2020 What seemed like the longest concert was Ravi Shankar. We sat on wooden benches for two and a half hours before we left. He was still playing, but he sits on cushions . Most underwear onstage was at the Frank Zappa concert. Most opportunistic concert was seeing the Who at the Meadowlands. I got the tickets the morning of the show and had to drive almost three hours to get there. BilletHead and Greasy B 2

I saw Styx on their Paradise Theater Tour. Not my favorite concert. My least favorite concert was the Cars with Wang Chung as the opening act. The Cars were immobile and did nothing different than their albums. Wang Chung was better. My girlfriend at the time bought the tickets so we still Had Fun Tonight!
