I completely understand, I am going through some of it with my mom right now.  She is still able to be home with my wife and I but is not able to take care of herself for a very long period at a time.  It is tough but know that you are doing what you can for them.

We're not given more than we can handle.  Love your wife while she is still here, remember your brother as he would want and take heart.  This too shall pass.  May you be blessed with a peaceful heart and know warmth and love.  That is my prayer for you.

I have buried both parents - cancer and dementia. I have buried a sister. I have buried my law partner - stroke and stroke. I helped my wife bury her father and her mother is in a hospice.
