Well...a good day of beating up brown fish and K's was tempered with serious news.

She had an appointment today with the team neurosurgeon. Gamma Knife is out. They want to do a second invasive crainotomy to remove the residual tumor.

I'm not doing well, to be honest...

 My deepest sympathies go out to you.   It takes a lot of grief to make a man be so honest to share his true feelings.   I am very sorry you all are going through this Dave.

We all know this is and will be hard for you both. She needs you to be strong and optimistic. That does not make it any easier on you, but I can't think of a better reason than doing so for your wife.
