We saw s dead timber rattlesnake when we were down at Lower Taum Sauk lake in July. I have never seen a live one.

That one is actually moving. most just lay there looking like stick is why you seldom see them. Ambush hunters that don't waste energy unless ready to eat or scared. When you have seen a couple after you stood within inches of them, your eyes get better.

Had couple Dogs get bit by them. Had them every place I lived at here in Missouri.

Had them in Cooper County and Dallas County heavy.
