You mean a small, private, stocked lake managed strategically for Carp? 

Sounds like the only think holding you back is money....buy the land, fish, and feed and you have what you need.

From a business standpoint if the demand is there then why hasn't anyone created a supply of this type of scenario? We do it with Bass and large game. So why do carp get passed over?

there are a few, no fish over 40# at least not yet...takes decades and the right genes to grow a huge fish like that there're a a few public spots here in the states that may produce giants yet those places are highly guarded I will say when that 1st giant gets landed and released it will be worth millions.

I think the issue is killing large numbers of fish for fun. Kill what you will eat, that's fine. But killing for sport and tossing the kill isn't right. If being "invasive" was the issue,  Smallmouth Bass, muskies, brown trout should all be killed by us bowhunters. Smallmouth bass aren't native to most places up north and they take over lakes. Why aren't they used for bowfishing practice? Why can't we shoot all the muskie we want to? They aren't native to most lakes.  Why is it legal to shoot alligator gars of immense size if people are not eating them? Why waste a natural resource? 

 

If  you kill it, you must be willing to use it for food. Otherwise let it go.

It’s not carp angling that doesn’t belong it’s just you. And the reason is that you are not a contributor. You are no more than a troll and spammer. 

I have very fond memories of carp angling when I was a kid. 

Like I’ve tried to tell you many times, you just don’t get it. People don’t have a problem with carp. They have a problem with Mocarp. But you just go on being the guy that craps his pants in a car full of people. You obviously aren’t intelligent enough to be a decent part of this community.

I don’t disagree at all. It’s why I don’t bowfish honestly.

But I’m also against harassment of folks that are out doing things that are currently legal. No matter if I agree with what they are doing or not.
