vernon Posted January 3, 2019 Posted January 3, 2019 Great! When I tried to open it here as a "test" I only got the first couple of seconds to play. Anyways, I found in the post where it states it's a 93SV with Livescope. Turns out it's on the Nitro Owners Facebook page if anybody wants to read through the comments. Pretty cool stuff although I probably wouldn't be able to get it to work any better than my Lowrance HDS 3 which isn't very good! What a stupid I am....... Champ188 Posted January 4, 2019 Posted January 4, 2019 That's just nuts. May have to sell my entire shallow water arsenal and buy me one of those Panoptix units and a handful of spoons. 😁 mixermarkb and Quillback 2
Bill Babler Posted January 4, 2019 Posted January 4, 2019 Fantastic, but if I had to look at the color palate all day I would throw up. I'm sure it has multiple color and he probably could not have chosen a worse one. Action however is fantastic. I'm hearing in 2019/20 both Garmin and Lowrance will have compatable trolling motors for their units so the trolling motor race is going to be insane. Quillback Posted January 4, 2019 Posted January 4, 2019 They need to slow down with this electronic arms race stuff, poor bass aren't going to stand a chance.
fishinwrench Posted January 5, 2019 Posted January 5, 2019 Hate to be the first crabby ol'fart to say it, but technology is going to really screw up a good thing. About 4 days of that and most guys are going to get tired of it and move on to other things. Mark my word. Fishing is like many other things....once you master it you quickly lose the drive to keep doing it.
Jerry Rapp Posted January 5, 2019 Posted January 5, 2019 obviously no need to stock that lake Sore Thumbs 1

Members Jaguar 97 Posted January 5, 2019 Author Members Posted January 5, 2019 Yeah I can remember when I first started using a drop shot. I was amazed that I could see weight, worm, and swivel on a lowrance X70A I think. I remember fishing with Bob Tindell and he had a paper graph and we could see a tube on it catching suppended fish out of tree tops. I just think these new graphs are cool but you still have to catch them. Now you know I'm old lol 😂 Champ188 1
fishinwrench Posted January 5, 2019 Posted January 5, 2019 Oh I'm all for it. The more time that guys spend sitting over the deeper schools of fish, the less pressure gets put on the shallow ones. Seth, Jaguar 97, Sore Thumbs and 1 other 4
