I like watching golf, well usually the last round or two in any of the majors.  No way I miss the Masters.

I spent 4 hours on the tee so could see Tiger this year at the PGA.  Tournament got canceled last time he was scheduled to be here. 9/11.

Well worth it.   Not just the golf but the atmosphere at the time.

I don’t watch many sports events except the majors from whatever sport.

Been invited to the Masters several times. Luckily I’ve always had an excuse not to attend.

I would go to any big time event.  You gotta go especially if it’s gratis.

Yeah I’m probably an idiot but I’ve been able to do other cool things. Also have a standing invite to the Kentucky Derby but that’s also not my thing. And would require a suit and schmoozing.

I never get invited on the fishing trips. :(

I do have a standing invite to join a Top Fuel Dragster team at any race I want. It would be on my own dime but probably has the most chance of happening. Hopefully this year.

We have that in common..I was at both events as well.   The galleries around Tiger’s group were nuts..I stayed ahead in the tee shot landing areas for the most part rather than risk being stampeded.

WHAT????????

My brother and I have entered the lottery drawing for tickets every year since it was created and have yet to get a sniff.

For as long as I can remember (way before I'd ever heard of a such a thing as a "Bucket List") my three dream destinations were to see the Celtics in Boston Garden, the Red Sox in Fenway and The Masters.

Now the Garden is gone and I'm sure I'll never make it to Fenway but I'll never give up on The Masters!

I don't even care about attending an actual round.  A Monday or Tuesday practice round would be as good as it gets.

Just walk the grounds, smell the grass, see the azaleas, soak up the history and then drop dead.

Perfect.

I believe this past summer I invited you for a trip on the James.

I’ve been to both NHRA and an Indy car race with corporate access.  It was awesome.  I would do the derby in a second.

Vern, my buddies go every year and buy scalpers tickets to the practice rounds.

Wonder which one of the Big Cedar guides emerged from the scrum as the one to put KVD on those TV fish. 😆😂

Yeah, we've talked about that but have never gotten it out of the thinking stage.  Probably go all the way out there and get rolled in some back alley.

Word is they're "eliminating" scalpers and the secondary market starting this year.  If a guy can't prove that he's the original owner of the badge its rendered worthless and he don't get in.

I don't know if they can pull it off but if they do the crowds oughta be about half of what they usually are until the dust settles.

In the end if it means that schmucks like me stand a better chance in the drawing I'm all for it.

Otherwise I guess I'll end up in that alley some day........
