I can say most mud motors I have seen put out quite a bit of noise above the waterline.  I have often wondered why they don't muffle them more.  I would think noise would be a deterrent to any game that one pursues above and below the waterline.

Right!   I don't have to give tying instructions or a material recipe either.   I'll just keep going on and on about how awesome it is.....and everybody just has to argue about the right way to tie it, and the right way to fish it.  

It'll be the greatest fly of all time !   💩

On top of that it catches nonexistent fish that everyone else has to prove😁

Yeah but nothing gives guys like me wood better than a LOUD motor with 3 times more power than you need.
