eyedabassman Posted March 30, 2019 Posted March 30, 2019 Looking to get trolling motor battery’s . I called there and I am looking at the 27 Pro Guide for $119.00. Anyone know anout Battery Outfitters and the Pro Guide?
Members olbasser Posted March 30, 2019 Members Posted March 30, 2019 Purchased batteries from Outfitters for about 20 yrs ( trolling and starting). Had problem with one battery, would maintain voltage but low amps. Replaced without a problem.
Members elite203 Posted March 30, 2019 Members Posted March 30, 2019 I can vouch for the pro guide batteries. I feel like they have been the best batteries I have had in my boat. I think I got 4-5 years out of them and I was fishing a ton in those years (60-70 days on the water) . I wouldn't hesitate on the batteries one bit.
Quillback Posted March 30, 2019 Posted March 30, 2019 That's what I am running and bought them at Battery Outfitters. No complaints. I took my boat to the Golden location and they switched them out for me which is a good deal when you have a balky back. magicwormman, big c, snagged in outlet 3 and 3 others 6
dblades Posted March 30, 2019 Posted March 30, 2019 Still running a 2011 dated pro guide 27M180 as one of my trolling batteries.
tjm Posted March 30, 2019 Posted March 30, 2019 Used Battery Outfitters since they first opened (20 years?) in Rogers and Joplin, never a bad battery. I don't use boat batteries tho. so can't speak to that.
magicwormman Posted March 30, 2019 Posted March 30, 2019 That is where I buy mine. I normally get 4-5 years out of the pro guides.
Blll Posted March 30, 2019 Posted March 30, 2019 Speaking for the Rogers store, great guys. Helpful to athis old man carrying batteries. Pro Guide battery as starter with plenty of reserve, going strong on 4 years. Military discount too.
Bill Babler Posted March 30, 2019 Posted March 30, 2019 I put over 1000 charges on my last set. Simply fantastic dtrs5kprs 1 http://whiteriveroutfitters.com http://whiteriverlodgebb.com
cheesemaster Posted March 31, 2019 Posted March 31, 2019 I ran up to Battery Outfitters (my 1 year bass pro batteries were dead on arrival) the day of our OA one bass tourney and picked up 2 new batteries because of all the good reviews. I fished the rest of the day with more power I have had in a long time and plan on getting many years out of them. Champ188, crazy4fishin and dtrs5kprs 3
