Greasy B Posted May 17, 2019 Posted May 17, 2019 "What criteria determines whether something is or isn't a "gamefish"? Not sure but I'd think having the physical qualities of water balloon would a disqualify a Warmouth. His father touches the Claw in spite of Kevin's warnings and breaks two legs just as a thunderstorm tears the house apart. Kevin runs away with the Claw. He becomes captain of the Greasy Bastard, a small ship carrying rubber goods between England and Burma. Michael Palin, Terry Jones, 1974

Some whim on the part of the Commission, why in heck are catfish game fish when they used to be a commercial fish? And German Carp were originally bought to this country because we had "no gamefish". All a matter of opinion until the Commission sets it as a Code. MOstreamer 1

Love catching them except when I an trying for rock bass or small mouth.

Daryk Campbell Sr Posted May 17, 2019 Posted May 17, 2019 I've read that green sunfish are invasive. Money is just ink and paper, worthless until it switches hands, and worthless again until the next transaction. I used to know a cantankerous old fly rod man that insisted that it only counted if the the fly was in the upper lip- anything else was foul.
