Hunter53 Posted July 24, 2019 Posted July 24, 2019 It would be interesting to see what group Bill puts us in. LOL
Bill Babler Posted July 24, 2019 Author Posted July 24, 2019 Thanks Mark, and Dave I knew that question was coming. Of course I would put your wife and Marks mom as the tops of my favorites. http://whiteriveroutfitters.com http://whiteriverlodgebb.com
wily Posted July 25, 2019 Posted July 25, 2019 Bull blue gill...3 drops in a row the reasons n we initially went out with yo bill...is so my father in law could fish bait for traffic dan hufferd and magicwormman 2
wily Posted July 25, 2019 Posted July 25, 2019 I’m not sore about not having you take us...the tips you gave me have allowed us to catch fish...but I think each trip is different and you need to access client expectations early in the process
m&m Posted July 25, 2019 Posted July 25, 2019 Bill, I’ve been out with you on the water a couple of times and we have another trip set for October. I appreciate your explanation of the various types of clients who hire guides. To anyone who is thinking about hiring a guide you should understand that you’re paying for knowledge. Catching fish is the extra part. There is a reason it is called fishing and not called catching. To Bill, all the other guides and all the people who share their knowledge of TRL, I say thank you. Mike Carl W, Quillback, big c and 2 others 5
LD Fisher Posted July 25, 2019 Posted July 25, 2019 I agree!! I'm not a great fisherman, but the success I have on TR is due to the trips we've taken with Bill. And no one knows how expensive he can be. After the first trip 5 or 6 years ago and the wife caught a 5-6 pound LM I had to buy a fishing boat!!!!!!!!!!! Teach a man to fish and he has to have a boat, 10 rods and reels and $4,000 worth of tackle. Mike LD Fisher, Carl W, rps and 5 others 5 3

dan hufferd Posted July 25, 2019 Posted July 25, 2019 There was a pretty good walleye bite last year at this time, about 25ft down remember? I would want you to find me a 10# 30" walleye in tablerock just one, live bait is fine. No big deal I really appreciate the info that you post here, if I could swing it I would fish with you, and listen to every word. Not sucking up just thankful. I think a fast action jigging spoon bite is about as fun as it gets, no matter the species. Daryk Campbell Sr and nomolites 1 1
