Quillback Posted October 21, 2019 Posted October 21, 2019 OK, let's get this rolling. Thursday night - Eric is BBQ'ing pulled pork. We'll need some side dishes. Someone should bring some buns also. Friday night fish fry. Brett and Richard are providing the fish. I will bring the oil, if I remember right we need 7 gallons of vegetable oil? I think Brett makes hush puppies. I plan on bringing ketchup, cole slaw, tartar sauce, and sriracha sauce. I think Les did the taters last year, but unfortunately he won't be here this year, so we need someone to volunteer for taters or fries. Saturday night - Nothing so far, open to ideas. Breakfast - If someone wants to cook something, that is great, if not we'll have to get by on granola bars, pastries and coffee. I'll bring coffee and filters. Lunches - Seems like most of us stay out on the river, but it wouldn't hurt to have some bread and lunch meat available in case folks want to drop in for a lunch break. JestersHK 1
WoundedOne Posted October 21, 2019 Posted October 21, 2019 Jeff i will grab up some buns and bread for sandwiches and some pastries for breakfast. Are there any requests for bread type for sandwiches? Quillback, N9BOW and JestersHK 3
Johnsfolly Posted October 21, 2019 Posted October 21, 2019 @Quillback Les usually was the hushpuppie guy as well as the potatoes and onions. I am going to Toronto first week of Nov and I'm likely to be in Columbia the last week of Nov. May take stars aligning for me to get down to meet you guys. If I can then I would likely bring mushrooms for Friday's fry. Daryk Campbell Sr, JestersHK, Quillback and 1 other 4
Seth Posted October 21, 2019 Posted October 21, 2019 I can take care of the potatoes for Friday. I've got a deal that dad made for me that cuts potatoes in to those twister deals and they fry up real nice and crispy without having to soak them and get the starch out. Would I need to bring a fryer or are those being accounted for by somebody else? N9BOW, Quillback and JestersHK 3

I'll bring some lunch meat and stuff for sandwiches as well. If we end up needing something in particular let new know, I'll pass along to the other guys too. WoundedOne and Quillback 2

If somone wants to pick up some coleslaw or make some that would go great with the pulled pork. Nevermind. I see you have this listed! JestersHK and Quillback 2

I"ll luck in to one every once in a while while bass fishing. I'm too lazy to set lines for them lol. JestersHK 1
