    So we want to get our shingles shots. Pat tries to set it up at her work. Keep in mind Pat does all my blood work and injections and she is good!. So they say we don't do that you have to go to a pharmacist. So we get on a waiting list at the participating pharmacies as they all were waiting for more vaccine.  Guess who calls first? WAL MART 🤪. So we go here. The lady was nice but and We watched her uncap the needle but I swear she took the tip of that needle to a concrete floor first and to boot she was shaking when she poked me. It was really sore for a few days but like you Thomas second not so bad. 

Man if I saw someone shaking as they advanced towards me  needle in hand, I'd be outta there.

Got mine at Mercy in Rodgers, first one wasn't bad, but the second one was a little sore and I felt a little off that day.  Sure beats getting the shingles though, that stuff is nasty.  

I get the annual flu shot, insurance covers it, it's painless, don't see any reason to not get it.

Nobody is more familiar with it than YOU are.    The only reason to take someone else's instructions on how to cope with YOUR body is if you are scared and have no clue what could possibly be wrong.  

Being scared, because someone told you that something MIGHT go wrong, is a mental health issue.....it ain't physical.  Taking physical therapy chemicals when mental therapy is what's needed has negatively effected far too many people.

              By realistic terms, do you mean completely incoherent gibberish?  What is your argument here?  You've never seen a doctor?  You never will?  If someone sees a doctor it is simply because they are scared?  do you really believe you know more about your body than your doctor?  Also, if doctors are a liberal conspiracy, how do you feel about dentists?  Do they have some secret agenda?

The peer review process weeds out BS by definition.  So no, you misunderstood.  If I conduct an experiment, and the methodology or results are flawed (i.e BS), then with few exceptions, the paper will be rejected for publication.
