Just got word my wife Boss is quarantined with the Flu.

Thought about going to Urgent Care to get checked but figured that is the worse place for me.

Trying to keep me healthy until after Radiation.

If you have a compromised immune system, and are not sick stay home. I have had Dr. Cancel apps when flue was rampant and I only had check up scheduled, said the risk wasn't worth it.

I've had a snotty nose and have been sneezing for 3-4 days, feel fine otherwise.  My wife's "friend" had the same exact thing going on.... and of course she went to the doctor 2 days ago.  They claim she has influenza A 🙄 

Gimme a freakin' break !   A runny nose with no fever or loss of appetite isn't the GD flu.   I absolutely hate the medical profession, they are more full of BS than biologists and all these other certified knuckleheads that I'm always ranting about.    It's so frustrating 😫

I was sick but I think it was the Antibiotic that I was just on. I quit taking it and feel much better.

I had my Flu Shot and all but.

I’m no boat mechanic, but you may want to take your meds as instructed. Stopping an antibiotic prematurely can encourage a worse, more resistant infection.

I definitely did not have a cold.  Like I said, after this past week I don’t think I’ve ever had the flu.  They were all just colds.  HUGE difference.

Influenza A I believe is an actual test, not a Dr. Opinion what I have fund over the years of going to Dr myself and taking others is that what the Dr. Actually says is seldom translater accuraty by the patient.  Even though I am somewhat I telligent, and sciency stuff doesn't phase me I get it wrong. My wife life's to be able to log on and see exacy what the doc wrote I there, sometimes I wasn't even very close in what I said.  To be fair I often downplayed some of it too.  Patients and eye witnesses are the worst source of facts around.

Neither of the trucks in my driveway would start this morning. I couldn't decide whether to just have O'Reillys deliver 2 batteries or to lift the hood(s) with a voltmeter in hand first. So I went to my favorite Mex. place and had juevos con chorizo (sausage & eggs drizzled with a scorching hot tomatilla sauce) and a 44oz Patron margarita. Then I read this thread. The choice is clear now. Thanks!

What was stupid it was for my Drain Tube I had in since Thanksgiving, had it pulled immediately got sick. Looked it up on the Internet, twice it said don't take this with Blood Thinners. Tried calling the Doctor that prescribed   but never got an answer. The place is healed good and like I say I feel much better.

Oh the Doctor is over an hour away.
