Fantastic Rick!!! With my stress eating, unfortunately I am going in the other direction.

:whisper:if you stress eat anything but carbs.... you actually can lose the weight..

Atkins and keto taught me that.... and if you can watch sugar... Alcohol sugars are just passed through the body... Not the greatest sweeteners but will do.. Rock-star zero calorie energy drinks was the ticket for me when I started trying to shed weight... went from 235 to 185.... I'm back up to 197... wife thinks 185 too skinney.. I think I agree...

Worst thing is I like bread and that is a big no no... Just have to treat bread/carbs as a cheat night meal... dont want the body to normalize processing carbs... Piles the weight back on fast

 

Always have deli turkey in the fridge... Best thing ever to eat when you got the munchies.... you can even slather it with Mustard, or mayo.... I do this three times a day.. Love it.. Wrap it in lettus and you have an awesome snack
