My wife is asking me for a vacation to get away from all the madness at home we've been dealing with for the last 3 months.   Looking at sometime mid June. Wanting to stay somewhere Indian Point, Dam, Long Creek somewhat close to Branson.  Being it's my wife and we'll have the two kids with us and will probably she'll be staying at the room some it needs to be a little more upscale than the typical fishing cabins I would usually stay at.  Would like to have access to a slip and a ramp close by as I'll have the boat with us.  We've done VRBO before and have stayed at a place on Emerald Point, and while it was nice, it didn't have a boat slip and had to dry dock the boat at the marina there.  It was fine, but if I wanted to go out fishing early in the morning I couldn't because they put the boat in when they open, which was less than ideal.  Big Cedar would be an option I'd be open to, but it seems they aren't putting prices on their website right now and I'd prefer not to call.

Any suggestions?

Wife and a couple of church lady friends were just at Big Cedar (timeshare). They were supposed to be fully open soon.

Otherwise, I'm no help. Everything I'd recommend is a fish resort.

Port of Kimberling has nice rooms, a ramp and dock. You can be in Branson in a 1/2 hour.

I stopped by there today to check out the ramp.  Never been around there on a holiday weekend.  What a zoo!  People and cars everywhere. One road near the lake was flooded.  Ramp was closed.  Some were trying to put in/take out off the side of the road, getting stuck and blocking the roads.

Big cedar time shares are fully booked through mi August as usual.  That’s where mine is.  Like @eyedabassman said Stillwater is nice.  Real nice in fact.  I used to go there all the time before I went inherited a time share.  Typically tough to get into unless you’re booking a full year out but I don’t know what the virus has done to that

I'll also say that the other place we've stayed as a family down there was at Dooley Lodge and Resort near SDC and while I thought their cabins were decent, she did not as they were kind of musty smelling (i.e. fisherman cabin smell)

I have never stayed at Bill's White River Lodge, (it's on my to do list), but it sure looks like a great place to stay.  Bill could certainly give you some recommendations as far as getting the boat in the water.  Anyway check out their website, show it to the wife to see what she thinks.
