All these complaints about following bikes. I hate driving a car that has no air-conditioning on a warm day and following behind a manure slurry truck that leaks knowing that the road is not wide enough to pass it for the next 20 miles 🤮!

But you could buy a car with AC.....😁

But the view of a bunch of Asymmetrical flabby arsed dudes with Speedos (because speedos help you speed up by .005 mph) is no better than the manure truck 😂. At least the truck goes close to the speed limit. Remember the personal fitness goals of the slowest moving people pusher controls the entire traffic speed.

I'd rather be behind a bicycle than a truck burning diesel fuel.  The only thing worse than hair spray and nail polish remover is diesel exhaust.

But diesels usually travel at a decent speed and you can stay far enough back.

Maybe in flatlandville where you live, but not around here with gravel trucks struggling to get up every hill.

That was a N Ireland issue using the company vehicle . They raise a lot of pigs where we were driving through. Crap was leaking everywhere. Had to wash the car to get rid of the stink when we got home.

In No. Ireland slurry trucks, tractors with rolled hay, and sheep go at their own pace . The non-highway (motorways) road designations at that time (1998 and 1999) were A, B, and C roads. The A designated roads were typical two lane roads with some areas going up to three to four lanes for passing. B roads were narrower two lane roads with little opportunities to pass. C roads were glorified lanes and usually were lined on both sides with a thick hedge.

At least there are no snakes in Ireland, thanks to old St. Patty!  :D
