Years ago had a woman tell me if SHTF she was headed my way. Told my wife that I really wouldn't want the responsibility of her.

Thought that people quit looking at me like this. But the other day my wife and this 40 year old Guy was talking about things and he told her if SHTF he was headed my way. Like I told my wife I would take him and use him because of his Mechanical Knowledge.

I would take her 86 year old Mom for the same reason I would find it hard to eat my Dog.

HMMMM! I was raised learning how to shoot and live off the land. Didn't have the Internet. Seems that if people are so worried now, spend some time on the Internet learning.

So you are thinking that a 86 year old woman may be as tough of meat as your dog?  Probably less upkeep.

I understand Oneshot, I would hate to eat MY dog, but neighbors have plenty of dogs the like to roam.  Wouldn't bother me to eat their dogs though.

I find it kinda funny that in the Lewis & Clark journals they talk about the abundance of game....just everywhere, but then end up eating their dogs all the time.  WTF?
