Normal foods like Turtle, Deer meat, Wild Greens and such.

I was told around here I have problems. I was told because they have City Ways and I have Hillbilly Ways.

I was cleaning a Turkey by Glenstone in Springfield. Daughter says Dad what you doing? Oh I'm cleaning a Road Kill Turkey. She says Dang Hillbilly and Hillbilly ways!

There are plenty of country ghetto's in the rural North. My customers in Nebraska and Iowa arent so bad, and my NYC and NJ customers are great from a billing perspective. I bill them NY rates, and that is allot more than you can get here. Indians (dot not feather), and the Chinese are the worst. I wont take them unless they agree upon a fixed fee (one pmt up front or monthly payments). If you bill them after the fact, they will take forever to short pay you and demand that you discount the rest.  I don't put up with clients like that.

That's one thing about my biz that I can't complain about.   Guys will happily pay to have their boat fixed before they'll pay their child support or utility bill.   I've only been stiffed twice in 26 years...and one of those times I ended up owning the boat, so I actually came out even fatter in the end....it just took a year and a half to get handed a check. 

A couple months ago I handed my lovely wife a stack of work orders to go make copies of.  She comes back, holding one of them up, and says "286 dollars, Glen?  Seriously?   It only took you 15 minutes....You should be ashamed of yourself".🙄 

I said, You just spent 800-and-some on Amazon in less than FIVE  minutes.....How ASHAMED are YOU?

Minimum 3 boxes/week here.  I had an idea I thought would work.  Start a business collecting delivery boxes and reselling them.  If you drive through my subdivision on any day you will see dozens of deliveries on porches and then people throw away or better yet recycle brand new boxes.  And by recycle I mean they drive them to the recycle bins then they are transported to the dump.

Last week we went two days without an amazon delivery.  On the third day, fed ex driver came up the driveway and knocked on the door to make sure we were okay.
