This sounds like fun.  Wish I could join.  Whats the Norfork generation schedule looking like?  Has there been any reliable pattern of no generation lately?

Nope.  Well not enough to risk going very far from a safe exit.  And that's after the 2-3 hours for the water to run out.

Phil...you and Blake should do the ONECAST on this trip.....a special remote edition. I imagine it would be a lot of trouble to do a remote One Cast though.  Sure sounds like fun time. Would love to see some of the scenery down there.

can you float a boat on min flow on norfork?

The short answer is Maybe If you have waders and you’re willing to get out and work the boat around the bigger rocks. 
you can yak it on minimum flow and only drag a few times.

a better solution would be to watch water levels Super closely and work you way down with the falling water.

I probably won’t abuse Waldo that way. I’m not sure why they won’t just run water at 1/2 unit for a 6 hour block. That would be AWESOME.

More troubling is what they are doing on the White. The reporting has been screwed up so who knows what is really happening, but they are showing that they are only running a trickle of water. Way less than minimum flow.

Thag would definitely mean waders and the long rod for me. I need to prep for that,

If they have no water moving they must be doing maintenance/repairs.

If you drag in a yak I am definitely not trying it, I have no desire to drag my newly coated hull across dry ground😅

Both graphs of the White and Norfork look sketchy to me.  Neither is following the predicted generation schedule either.
