Doesn't cover deer, turkey or waterfowl stamps on the hunting side or daily trout stamp on the fishing side. Saves $$ in the long run and also lots of hassle. So at age 63 while talking to an agent at bssp, he informed me that it did include it. So I missed out 3 years worth of trout permits. Bought it at age 63
