Ham Posted February 11, 2021 Author Posted February 11, 2021 22) Red Drum after years of my larger frame making fish look smaller than they actually are, a fish turned the tables on me. 45 inch long x 29 inches around calculates out to roughly a 42 pounder. sight fished with a fly. Pulled the boat around. Took me well into the backing. Special Memory made. BilletHead, laker67, timinmo and 7 others 10 Every Saint has a past, every Sinner has a future. netboy Posted February 11, 2021 Posted February 11, 2021 That is a bull red for sure.... The smaller ones are fun on a fly rod but I imagine there was some chasing going on with that guy. Ham 1
FishnDave Posted February 11, 2021 Posted February 11, 2021 This cold snap has provided me a lot of time to research and plan my fishing for the rest of the year. I'm way ahead of the game. After sifting through advanced techniques and advice given by successful anglers, I've managed to condense it all down into one easy-to-follow philosophy. I think this will work well for me...as it really just confirms what I've been doing all along. Ham, Johnsfolly, Smalliebigs and 3 others 3 3

Just talked to my friend in Corpus and they are expecting some really cold weather. Possible fish kills from the cold and low tides. snagged in outlet 3 1
