We'll find out in April. Iguanas weren't  a big issue when we lived in FL now they are. Not sure if we want to try plinking a few for dinner.

Durn things get pretty good sized, looks like big ones might go 4 feet with tail.

22) Red Drum  after years of my larger frame making fish look smaller than they actually are, a fish turned the tables on me.
45 inch long x 29 inches around calculates out to roughly a 42 pounder.

sight fished with a fly. Pulled the boat around. Took me well into the backing.

My sister had one show up in a plant delivery at our green houses one year.  She kept it in there for years.  Nasty thing was meaner than a snake.  Didn't help that me my brothers tormented the thing all the time.😁  Tornado scoured the greenhouses off the face of the earth and we never saw it again.

That's one of the big issues with iguanas, parrots, monkeys, pythons, etc. down in south Florida. When a rearing facility, small zoo, pet store gets hit with a hurricane, those animals can and do survive. Another is intentional releases by owners not able to deal with a large potentially difficult animal to care for as they get larger.

I don't think it made it through the first winter.  That thing would tail whip you so fast...  He deserved to freeze.😁
