Covid vaccination

Our department at work has been cleared to have early access with the Tier 2 round of vaccines (we were Tier 3) and I am tentatively scheduled for my first one next Wed.  My wife gets her 2nd tomorrow and once we are vaccinated it'll be a big weight off our shoulders as she is high risk.

Yeah i didnt really care either way to get the vaccine but it was offered so i went ahead and got it.  My mom and dad have lost their minds and have pretty much been in hiding for a year. So basically if i want to be able to take my dad fishing again or be able to go in their house i had to be vaccinated or my mom would keep them in lock up

A group of my wife's family all loaded up in a van and went to KC for a day because someone told them they'd be able to get their vaccination.   They got up there, had lunch, went and got their shot, and now 3 of the 5 are sick as hell.  

They are blaming it on the lunch they had. 😅

The first round did nothing to me, They will probably rally hate life when they get round 2.  I never get sick so i really didnt think i would have any reaction

It's better than the alternative of possibly ending up face down in an ICU with vent tube stuck down your throat?

People feeling ill after getting this vaccine means your body is doing what it's supposed to and is building the antibodies to fight the virus.

In this situation I'd believe someone that has a lab coat on over what a boat mechanic believes.  Unless you wear a lab coat when you work.

What a boat mechanic believes doesn't have to effect EVERYONE.   

And you're darn lucky it doesn't, or you'd all be wearing your piss jug over your face.
