I see the damage done.  Does not have to be this way.

I agree 100%

I've done my share of "experimenting"  and I'd be way better off now if I had never gone there.   I think anyways....who knows.

It certainly build character, and the last thing I ever wanted to grow up to be is one of these boring old drones that blindly believe their educators, and then vote. 😂

I'm pretty much a caffeine junky.

My wife weened my off caffeine a long time ago.  Otherwise nobody could finish a sentence😂.  I mix a little regular with mostly decaf.    Black.  I quit drinking last year.  Other than the Covid vaccine I’m drug free.

This may be my summer to quit the Marlboro's.  I gotta give them up sometime (I guess🙄).    As much as Sugarbritches wants me to quit, I don't think she is prepared to deal with me after the choice of sitting down, shutting up, and smoking a cig, is no longer an option.

I quit em years ago.  They still smell good at times.  Marlboro reds then Marlboro lights then quit.   It was tough that’s for sure.

Did you honestly feel better and have more energy after you had quit?

More and more lately I find myself planning to do all sorts of things....and then when it comes time to do it I'm like.... "Whose dumb idea was this anyway"?

I cherish the times when I have absolutely nothing to do but sit and feel guilty for not doing anything.

I’ve never smoked a joint in my life. I can’t try it now, go into too many Power Plants that drug test. I work with a welder/fabricator on a consistent basis who gets high at lunch. From 1 to 3 or so he’s constantly staring in outer space trying to regain focus.

I don’t remember anything about more or less energy.   Even today if I can do something I’m doing it.  This rain and blown out rivers is pissing me off.  I’m ready to go.   Weekends get up early, fish till noon or so then home for a bike ride.  I can’t stand sitting around.

It's not as much fun as it used to be.  The biologist's ruined it.

You'd probably go into a catatonic seizure if you smoked the crap that's out there now.

Man I can't stand the smell of cigarettes, which is good for those times I think of picking up a pack.  So glad I quit.  Cost is outrageous too, and it's all tax, I give the govt. enough money as it is.

Without a doubt.  I quit 18 years ago after smoking heavily for 28 years - toughest, and without a doubt BEST, thing I’ve ever done for myself.  And my family.  The first couple months was like being wired all the time due to actual unrestricted blood flow in my body....that eventually settles out and I can do things now I never could or would before.
