BPS getting too hard to buy from

There is an item that I want.  I want someone to get it and put it behind the counter so my wife can pick it up this afternoon.  I have done this more times than I can count.  I called and no one in fishing answered the phone. I hung up and called back.  The call rolled over to customer service I explained what I wanted and was transferred to the curbside pickup.

They told me that they couldn’t do that.  So I was transferred to fishing.  The guy who finally answered the phone said he didn’t think he could do that but knew someone would could and he transferred me back to curbside.  That was more than my mood could handle so I hung up.  Rant over.

Just give your wife the Item# (if it is a specific thing) and have her ask them to go fetch it then.    

Hopefully this will be the easiest problem I am asked to solve all day.  😅

I remember when my buddies were able to  call in orders, for me to pick up at the service desk, when I was home on leave.

Well heck, I was there today, didnt buy anything except some coffee, could have made the pickup for ya.    Way way way back when I worked there in college it was a common thing to go get stuff and stash it for a customer, of course sometimes the customer never showed up, but we just put it back on the shelf, no biggie.
