Jan 6th was NOTHING 😂 compared to every weekend in Chicago. Nice try.

YOU NO WUT I SAY EH? 😜

Not really.  Maybe ask Ashley Babbit.

Chicago owes its current situation to 40 years of kicking can down the road of economic disparity, and the NRA for proudly flooding the streets with as many guns as possible.

that has to be the best Kool Aid inspired quote of all time.  Might as well include all the major cities.  Thank God it has nothing to do with Democratic control.

Eastsiders don't want folks besmirching their town or even worse the high school they went to.  Soon as they know you grew up in the Lou they ask what school you went to.  As in high school not college/university.  Never understood that.  I suppose it is just an indirect way of stereotyping a person.  As for the City of St. Louis maybe it should be shortened to St. Loo.

Ya all got a little bit off topic, but I will chime in and say I absolutely cannot stand St. Louis! Lived in the area for around 5 years and no way I would live there again! I to never understood the whole "what high school did you go to" question. Although everyone asks you that no matter what the first time they meet you. Wrench, I have been into those caves around Alton as well and all I found was mud and maybe some used needles. Either way do any of you really care who took ownership of that cave? As long as they don't destroy it and keep the public out of it then it should be fine I would think.

Ehh, that old myth about St. Louis and what high school you went to is way over-blown in my opinion.  I've lived here 25 years and never been asked that question.

And Ollie - I grew up in Springfield, first 22 years of my life.  Will always be home I suppose, but don't be casting stones up this way from your cultural backwater.  🤣

Usually the high school question comes up when folks know you grew up in the Loo.  Since you grew up in Springtown why would they ask ya?

I didn't grow up there and I got asked all the time!
