I really like the fact it came with extra top sections. I may just use the top 3 segments for micro fishing. Nick Adams Posted October 5, 2021 Posted October 5, 2021 It's pretty sweet. Easy to cast. I got some wax for the line that really helped it float. I've tied a few Tenkara flies, but I basically use it as a fly rod using standard flies. I hope your like it! Daryk Campbell Sr 1

I wrapped it crudely with an unused shoe string. I haven't caught a fish on m uh micro unit, but did on the Tenkara rod. I am in no way trying to be a traditionalist in the way of Tenkara. I just wanted a rod to catch smaller fish in smaller water. this seemed to fit the bill.
