At the last time the moon was ca. 7/8 covered. Then I went back to try to sleep again. I like lunar eclipses, but they are not as cool as solar eclipses. We did and wanted to but left it to fate. Hitting the sack looking from bed on screened in porch towards east the full moon was bright. I told Pat wish it would stay right there for viewing later on. So fate happened at three 15 AM had to get up to pee. I rolled out of the bed and heard Pat follow. After doing my thing we went out the back porch and looked up to see it. Neat it was and worth the viewing. Then back to front porch and under the electric blanket. This morning all kinds of pictures on the TV and internet.
