I'm sure that instead of making candles this process makes it so that there could be other things that can be made at internment camps.

Excellent point too.  And typical of how scientists/biologist's do stupid crap.    2000+ Salmon are way cooler to have than a friggin coffee cup.

I think it's good that some still experiment with different things to try to create things that either improve, or just didnt exist.  Cool article also.  Possibilities are always endless.
