My daughter and I were going to hit that stretch yesterday but we got a late start so we just did some dry fly experimenting in the park. No browns in the spring branch at all, so I suspect that they skipped the annual stocking of browns in the river as well. Hope you prove me wrong. 👍 trythisonemv 1

Jan. 2020 Haven't caught one from the Niangua since. 🙄 In the past they would stock browns right around the opening day of Deer firearms season. They both said they are stocked annually in the fall usually . I bet there are some hiding in there. I'll just have yo sort through all the smallies 😁
