There are either currently trout, or have (in the past) been trout, in the upper Gravois, in HaHaTonka spring, Alcorn hollow, and Rainey cr.

Dad used to catch them around ha ha tonka and at our aunts dock off old highway 5 wrench. Good point. I think they stocked them in haha tonka spring at one point.

maybe the Mo.Dept of Conservation truck thought he was in Jeff City and dropped his load of trout meant for the urban stocking program. That could be the guy that designed the hatchery at Bennett that didn't work too well. He might have been demoted instead of being made a stupidvisor.

If so then there should be quite a few 4+Lb brown and rainbow trout in the mix😉
