If some accredited physician had reported that the large bump in the middle of everyone's face was a cancerous tumor that was slowly consuming their brain....... we'd have a society of people with no noses.

They'd remove it like tonsils, or foreskin.

Luckily for you, the tinfoil blocks both UVA and UVB rays.

Would you advocate these gentlemen not have cancerous tumors removed and just tough it out?

I'll tell ya what....When you learn to converse in a normal and orderly fashion I'd be glad to carry on a conversation with you.

You answer MY last question to you, and then I'll answer this here FOLLOW UP question of yours.   K? ✌️

Who is administering all these critical life saving chemicals to the fish and wildlife who don't have access to doctors and pharmacies?

Is this your last question to me? All the animals I can think of in N America are covered in fur, don't recreate in the sun, and this don't typically need sunscreen. The animals without fur that I can think of, like elephants and rhinos, evolved a thick hide that helps prevent sun damage.

Your posts make it sound like cancer isn't real and if you rub some dirt on it, it will go away. In the past you've equated the treatment for your father's pneumonia then the suspect mass they spot as his real cause of death, but the reality is that correlation doesn't equal causation. It's a logical fallacy you use over and over again when science doesn't fit your world view. I get tired of you doling out quackish medical advice that might keep someone from getting help.

If someone has cancer, ignoring it and hoping it goes away is the worst thing someone can do.

Nope, sorry, you have it all wrong. He could have lived just fine....for a good long time.....had they just left the little pea sized dark spot ALONE. But their recommendation was to immediately go in and remove it.  Not "monitor it", or "keep an eye on it".   No!  So as soon as the pneumonia was cleared up they scheduled him for surgery......and through a course of events (following their recommendation) it killed him within 9 months.    But bygod they got that little dark spot!!     Hooray for them!

Hero's I tell ya !    🙄

I'm not dolng out medical advice, you ding-a-ling.  😅

I'm sharing my true personal thoughts with my true personal friends.    If you don't wanna be one, that's fine.  Hit the almighty ignore button and carry on.  ✌️

All I know is that MY LITTLE DARK SPOTS, and I'm sure I have a few,  aren't bothering me or anyone else.......So leave them alone !

Well to add to this conversation, I have had many basal cell cancers cut out as well as a couple of squamous cells and one melanoma on my shoulder Trust me, that is no fun as he kept cutting deeper and deeper until he thought it was clear. About 2 hours of cutting and looking at the results and then cutting some more. Two years ago I had a basal cell cut out of my nose and that one was with the mohs surgery. That one lasted 5 hours with the surgery and 3 more cuttings to get clearance and then another hour with the plastic surgeon to "clean things up".

I go the dermatologist every six months and fortunately he only freezes a few pre cancers off these days.

Bottom line... cover up and use that sunscreen.

How do you know?    Has anyone tried?

It may not "go away", but what are the odds that a person can continue to live a decent life, and function with it ?    At least with some of its many forms.

Everyone associates the term "cancer" with impending death.....and that may be true to a degree, but WHEN ?

A 60ish year old guy only has another 10-20 years to hang in there. And cancer doesn't always kill overnight ya know.    In my case, at 59, if I have some cancer (and I'm sure I do) I'd rather not know the details, and not have to dwell on it.   The important thing is that I woke up this morning.....and I can function satisfactorily today.  Fish, Work, play badminton, ect.

I'll worry about tomorrow when it gets here.   👍

In my opinion the worst form of LIVING is doing it while running back & forth to hospitals, worrying, being depressed, and having to undergo multiple ongoing medical procedures.    Piss on THAT !    That ain't living.

Soak up that sun and go get ya some!   😉

I had a brother-in-law surfer that lived on north shore of Oahu and died from "Soaking up that sun" at age of 42.

It's kinda typical for Surfers, Motocross guru's, and other adrenaline junkies to have rather short lifespans, I think.

Those kinda guys don't have time to eat right or relax.   Energy drinks, and other assorted "mood enhancers" are not a primary food group.

Diet and lifestyle were probably more to blame than sun exposure.   But I'm just spit-balling here.

I had an uncle that died in his early 40's.   He lived on dill pickles, potato chips, Beer and Wild Turkey.  Good looking dude!  Had a gaggle of smokin'hot females that loved him unconditionally.    I guess you could claim that he screwed himself to death......but let's get real 🙄
