If I'm going to do a pound or more at a time I do it outside on a cast iron griddle or a giant 12 or 14 inch skillet. ness Posted July 4 Posted July 4 Paper towels, microwave, ready in seconds. No mess, much less fat/calories. Good enough for us. Frown away, boys. But, for the real thing, when we need a lot, we do it in the oven. snagged in outlet 3, BilletHead and Terrierman 1 1 1 John

The blackstone cleans up by just pushing the bacon grease into the little waste container. One paper towel wipe down and cover back on. Easy care is one of my favorite things about the blackstone. That and the actual flavor that comes from the seasoned flat top. I do stuffed peppers in the oven on parchment paper. That stuff really is great for quick and easy cleanup. Daryk Campbell Sr Posted July 6 Posted July 6 I enjoy my blackstone. Quillback Posted July 6 Posted July 6 Yeah Daryk - look at the big smile on your face in the window reflection! You are loving that grill! 😃 BilletHead, ness, snagged in outlet 3 and 1 other 4
ness Posted July 6 Posted July 6 I’ve got the small Blackstone and really like it. The missus got it for me a few years back. I haven’t used it a ton, but have done pancakes and smash burgers on it. We’ve done smash burgers for get togethers and the relatively large surface area makes it pretty easy to crank out volume. Johnsfolly 1 John
