Blackstone.

Outside yes perfect. If I'm going to do a pound or more at a time I do it outside on a cast iron griddle or a giant 12 or 14 inch skillet.

Paper towels, microwave, ready in seconds. No mess, much less fat/calories. Good enough for us.

Frown away, boys.

But, for the real thing, when we need a lot, we do it in the oven.

Too messy.  In the oven you don't have to watch it and you just throw the parchment paper away when you're done.

The blackstone cleans up by just pushing the bacon grease into the little waste container.  One paper towel wipe down and cover back on.  Easy care is one of my favorite things about the blackstone.  That and the actual flavor that comes from the seasoned flat top.

I do stuffed peppers in the oven on parchment paper.  That stuff really is great for quick and easy cleanup.

We used to hammer those.   Now we make a couple pounds at a time in the oven and put it in the ice box to mic later.

Lucky them.  We're doing salmon and scrambled eggs on mine Sunday Morning.  Try that on parchment paper in the oven.

I enjoy my blackstone.   Got my Father's Day gift delivered yesterday.

I’ve got the small Blackstone and really like it. The missus got it for me a few years back. I haven’t used it a ton, but have done pancakes and smash burgers on it. We’ve done smash burgers for get togethers and the relatively large surface area makes it pretty easy to crank out volume.
