Terrierman Posted November 18 Posted November 18 Hot is how it's been. I've given it up but still pay attention. Compared to most deer seasons I'm hearing very little shooting. Drove to Nevada yesterday to see grandson wrestle (he went 5 for 5 with four pins and a TKO) and there were dead deer everywhere. Counted 13, so they're still acting nutty. Johnsfolly and Haris122 2
Seth Posted November 22 Posted November 22 This has been the best rifle season in a long time for us. Dad and I harvested the two bucks we were hoping to see opening weekend. I took off work Tuesday and Wednesday to hunt with a buddy up north and took another large doe a good sized button head. He ended up shooting two does and a nice 8 pointer himself. We even worked in a couple limits of crappie Wednesday morning. nomolites, MrGiggles, MOstreamer and 5 others 8

Big Keene Posted December 2 Posted December 2 we had the best rifle season weve had in a long time. we hunt SE MO, we had 7 opening weekend and then another late in the week, plus i missed a 2nd and 2 other guys passed on small does. no big headgear, a 6, a 4, and a spike, a button 2 big big does and 2 small does. all in the 1st and last hr of shooting light Seth, BilletHead and Johnsfolly 3 Illegitimi non carborundum (Never let the bastards grind you down)
