Who the heck is cutting onions in the office this morning?

I'm sorry to hear that Phil. Jackson lived a great life though and enjoyed it to the very end. I'll miss seeing him when we come down for the winter trout tourneys from now on. Those fur babies always take a little piece of your heart with them when they cross the rainbow bridge. It hurts like no other, but that just reminds you that all the days you got to enjoy with them meant so much. It's a shame that they dont' live nearly as long as us.

Anytime we've lost a pet, we tell ourselves we aren't sure if we can handle losing another one in the future. After a few months, we always end up coming to terms with the fact that losing one sucks A LOT, but not having one to enjoy life with sucks even more. Losing a good pet is one of lifes worst experiences, but the enjoyment of having a good dog by your side for years is one of lifes best at the same time.

Grandkids had a chocolate lab that weighed in the neighborhood of 130 pounds. He passed away 2 years ago at 12.5 years old. Loved that dog. Youngest granddaughter found old Bishop after school lying on the front porch. Think she set and hugged him a couple hours not wanting to let him go.

My buddy Phil and I saw this guy at The Wildey some time back.  This song was almost too much for me:

I am sorry Phil.  You have my condolences.
