    What's Cooking?

I love a good breakfast casserole! Especially one with a little bite to it.

    What's Cooking?

I might cook outside once in a while. Actually this is a more or less permanent fixture on my grilling station. Anything fried happens here. Not a fancy solution but man it works great. Can't begin to remember how old it is - but it's a long long way from new.
  3. This is the permatex material I recommended. It is silicone. And it's good stuff. I hate that gooey stuff too.
  4. Sure will. It's just high grade silicone.
  5. Permatex form a gasket will solve your problem.
  6. I get it. We all do some dumb stuff now and then.

    What's Cooking?

For later. With chicken Kabobs. Bell pepper, red candy onion, portabella chunks, pineapple chunks and some chicken breast. With grilled hamburgers and green beans with red potatoes. Guess who changed her mind.

Most everything you make looks and sounds great. But I must admit, kale soup just broke your streak.
  10. It's rained a lot today. Check it before you go. Best of luck.
  11. I've never seen that movie.😎

    What's Cooking?

    Breakfast.
  13. Looking forward to seeing you again!
  14. Thanks but I'm not in the boat market right now. Actually just sold my pontoon boat that was in a slip on Table Rock. Good luck with selling. It's a great time to sell anything outdoors related. Price it high and advertise on Facebook Marketplace. Sold mine in three days. Yours sounds like a very nice unit. Thankfully, the Shawnee I have fills my needs pretty well.
  15. my worst boat selling regret ever. Yamaha Pro 50. Tilt and trim SS prop, it was perfect. It was on an 18'`6" x 54 semivee that I had built a nice deck for and had a good floor in it. Took out the middle seat and had ribs welded in to keep it stiff. Big open floor that was really good for catfishing or waterfowling on the Missouri. That boat's worst feature was the astroturf. No way to get the sand out of it ever. And on the Missouri, there is no end of sand getting in everything. Great Taneycomo boat too and would have been fine on the White too. Sold it in a silly fit of anger and wanting to get rid of as much stuff as I could after a not pretty divorce. Wish I hadn't been such a hardhead.

  17. My Yamaha 50 pro started in nothing flat, cold, hot, on a trip or months after being on one. I was always religious about running it out of gas if it was not going to be used in the next week or two. Not sure if it really helps, but still. If it worked for me, who are you to question it?
  18. I'd go to a trailer sales and service shop. There has to be a metric ton of them close. Google is your friend in a situation like this.
  19. Looks like a quiet peaceful time. Glad you were able to go and enjoy. Thanks for sharing. My BP went down about 20 points looking and then looking again.

    What's Cooking?

It's a vegetarian night tonight here. Great local sweet corn, tomato from the garden, cantaloupe and watermelon from the farmer market. Summer is here. Don't like the weather but do like to have the really wonderful and too short of time available fresh food.
  21. Yikes. Glad you're OK. I used to do high water stuff on purpose a long time ago. The shut ins on the St Francis cured me of that for good. Nothing like being no joke scared for your life to make a lasting impression. Again, glad you are OK.
  22. Be darn hard to spot on a tree!
  23. I've always liked the Talley Bend area of Truman.
  24. Noticed these guys on the dill I have going in a pot on the back porch area. Thought they were so cool looking. They will eventually form a chrysalis, over winter and emerge next year as black swallowtail butterflies. Which we have been seeing in the yard lately. They're commonly called parsley worms. I've got a huge parsley plant that is bolting in our cattle watering trough planter. I'm going to move the pot with the dill into that area and see if they want to migrate. I like the idea of being a butterfly farmer.
  25. I always wondered if he would actually knock somebody's head off. He sure tried.
