One thing we decided was to do the butter separately as we would normally and just throw away the butter in the bag as it was mixed with some water from the lobster.
I've had an Ultrex for the past two years and love it. I don't experience any drift like Bill describes but I can't compare it to the others since this is the only one I have.
That said, if I was in the market for a new one I would heed Bill's advice for sure.
Tru dat! My wife were just talking about where to retire. The STL metro has very little of what we want day in and day out. Mine is fishing! And she loves the lake too!
