  1. @nomolites thanks so much for sharing. Pure awesomeness!
  2. Sounds like a date to me. You had better put out by showing him a good time, fishing of course!

what time should we show up? Thanks in advance. 😉
  7. Everyone should get in line to fish with Jeff! 😃
  8. You are not old enough to remember the red/white combo when it was very, very popular. It caught fish then and it catches fish now. Again one of my favorite combos. I literally smash hybrids on that color.
  9. Looking good Ryan. I skip the helmets on my double deceivers and do exactually like you did with the mask. More versatile and let the various IPS sink tips and full sinking lines do the work. My favorite colors are in this order natural gray over white then go crazy with red over white, pink over white and chartreuse over white. Most all will be those colors in the first half and maybe subtitle matching colors in second hook if any at all.
  10. Whut? Whut did you say? Speak up Jeff I can't hear you. Just had to since no one has said this yet. Pat says I can't hear sometimes. It may be but I call it selective hearing. The worst times is when she is in next room saying something when I am looking the other way. When I respond whatever, you say dear she says did you even hear me? For all I know I could be getting bad mouthed! We both suffer from tinnitus When it's all quiet like at bedtime. Pat says wow my ears are really ringing loud right now. I tell her she is just hearing my ears ringing.

  17. Yes but not the giant white sturgeon in the North West. Still pretty neat to be able to drop a heavy gig into.

    What's Cooking?

Today was the cast iron trifecta. Walleye, fried potatoes with onions and cornbread.
  21. While it is a rarity this may metastasize, it has been known to happen. Like it or not we will be praying for you.
  22. Thanks Ryan, Fox tail guard hair for tail. Retain tail underfur and mix with some flash for body. Head Is synthetic material bundles the appropriate length tied on top and bottom of Head. Two bundles of each color pulled high and tight on top and low and tight on the bottom creating a vertical flat profile. Many types of long fiber dubbing will make the head. This is what I used. Might do a step by step sometime.
