I can understand that. My daughter is going all over for work. But I am old and in an extremely high risk group my physician says I would probably not survive Covid so I have been super careful trying not to become infected because I still have fish to catch.

BPS has Red label Seaguar on for 1/2 price. I dropped by there today. They had 2 pks of 6#, 0 pks of 8#, 0 pks of 10#, 0 pks of 12#, 0 pks of 15# and 4 pks of 20#. This is probably the biggest sporting goods store in the world with no inventory of a sale item. The good part of the trip is I found 7 Columbia fishing shirts my size in the Outlet for $11 each.

The last time I was there I talked with a guy who said that some of them were going to be at that new store but he never indicated any connection to Lews. I have driven by their new distribution warehouse in the Republic industrial park. But I was told that there would be no retail selling at that location.

In many cases if you are a serious buyer the dealer will want “a good faith” deposit where you agree to buy the boat if it meets your needs.

No matter private or not insist on a test drive. You might call around to boat dealers. Not only do they have used trade-ins but many also take boats in on consignment.

Sounds like that lake actually has some fish in it, I was beginning to wonder. Glad you have been on them.
