I have a very large baker in the oven. When it comes out, I will split it lengthwise and mix the insides with blanched broccoli, Italian 5 cheese, chicken, sour cream, butter and s&p. The mix goes back in the potato skin for a second bake. Enjoying this Ozark evening.

You know, you'd be surprised at the great flavor of the potato with just the S&P.  I would have never done it but, dad had me try it and it was like wow!

We love just a big baked potato for a meal. Butter, S&P, some grated cheese and diced onions.

I made thick sliced smoked bacon on the Traeger pellet grill for Chinese New Year. I called it pork belly and the Chinese were fighting over it. A little salt,  Maple syrup and Brown sugar sprinkled on.

Last night I whipped up some easy green chili from a left over porkchop, green salsa chicken broth, onions, and diced tomatoes and a little masa thickener. On top of some over easy eggs this morning.

Two 3 pound boston butts seasoned and sitting in the frig unit early AM when they go on the smoker.   Kids and grandkids coming over tomorrow afternoon for beer and BBQ!

Oil and vinegar salad, tater tots and toasted buns.   I'll smoke a few dogs for the grand kids and a few for an appetizer.   Rotele dip, hot sauce and chips.

LOTSA BEER since we all live near each other.
