Lamb shanks braise with vegetables.

Well tonight's supper started with promise, beef, onions and garlic.  Sadly it was ground beef and ended up in some hamburger helper, which isn't bad as I kind of like the stuff.  Add a skillet of thin sliced parsnips browned in some butter and open a can of Bush Grillin Beans and poof, hillbilly supper.  No pics, only thing worthy of that would be the parsnips, though the beans do look pretty good too.

Had guests for dinner at the new place. Mediterranean cod with a Greek style salad.
