BLTs last night with homegrown tomatoes!!!  Added a little turkey pastrami and blue cheese.   Awesome!

Love a single slice of deli turkey breast on a BLT.   Don't remember where I had it first but it has stuck with me for a couple years now.  Delicious!

So tempted to pick a half ripe tomato right now 😋 gotta be patient though just a few more days!

Sunday had rib eye, pasta salad ,and homegrown sweet corn.  Corn wasn't quite filled out yet but was delicious.Marinated steak on the grill wasn't bad either.

Last night was ham hocks noodles and garden green beans. YUM

Put that on toast and add another slice of toast and you have a club sandwich😁. Of course some swiss cheese would go a long way as well.

I’m trying this on the 4th.  I’ll substitute peppers and vinegar for what I have

Looks good, I bookmarked it for later.

This weekend I’ll be cooking over a fire on a gravel bar, rib eyes on Thursday and marinated pork steaks on Friday. Life is good.
