Johnsfolly Posted December 14, 2018 Posted December 14, 2018 I'm in Flysmallie's camp. I watch too many movies. Since just before I left for and returned from Missouri, I have watched the original Japanese version of Godzilla, aka Gojira (1954), the Americanized version of the same including Raymond Burr titled Godzilla, King of the Monsters (1957), the first Japanese sequel Godzilla Raids Again (1955), and Son of Godzilla (1967) with my daughter since this is one of the more campy monster movies.

I finally saw the John Wayne version of The Alamo. Still need to see the Wake of the Red Witch to see the remaining movie where John Wayne dies. My have to buy that one to get to see it. Has him starring with Gail Russell. Probably not as heart warming as those two in the Angel and the Badman.

Quillback Posted December 15, 2018 Posted December 15, 2018 The African Queen is a good one. There's a few jack Nicholson movies I really like. The Last Detail One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest Chinatown Johnsfolly 1

Liked Key Largo Better. To have and Have not was the first Bogart and Bacall movie with the infamous "you know how to whistle Steve....." Lines. Am a big Nicholson fan especially Cuckoos nest. Also the Shining. @Quillback no love for the Witches of Eastwick 😌?
