Well something unbelievable is going to happen within the lifetime of you younger people. Not sure just what is going to be to be. But with the current state of affairs I am leaning toward it being a revolution are nuclear war. Then there is mother earth herself. Could Be some minor changes that cause big big thing to happen. Sorry, I missed the educational part. I was busy idling my Excursion to get it nice and warm so I could take kids to practice.

The odds that we (you all and I, collectively) will ever encounter any of the things some of you little girls are wettin' your panties over are longer than Powerball. Each of us will continue living our remaining time on the same basic trajectory as it's brought us so far, and hopefully with enough momentum to live long and prosper. We'll never encounter a terrorist, live under facism or socialism, lose our guns, or spontaneously combust 'cause it's just too darn hot out. I'm sorry I helped eff up the planet, I had lots of help. The people in Flint, MI don't have water TODAY.   Let's worry about that now, and worry about global warming later....when we don't have more pressing things to conquer.   Because the way we're headed we will all be strangled by our own waste long before we succumb to a sweltering planet.

Right...won't effect us so who cares...I'll be in my long sleep when the real problems happen.  I actually did post something educational.  Unlike you and others who point to the mythical "sketchy science" argument without actually explaining what science is sketchy? How its flawed?  You can berate me for being a know it all or whatever but it's meaningless if you can't defend your own argument with anything.  I'm not against ford excursions by the way.  I loved my old f150.  It's just that at some point taking all the carbon in the ground and burning it all in the sky just doesn't seem all that sustainable.   How bout we focus on solar energy?  Check out dye sensitized solar cells.  Super cool stuff.  Sustainable, cheap, and best of all unlimited.

Another thing worth nothing is that we desperately need our carbon reserves for our growing needs for plastics.  Plastics, coatings, additives, chemicals computers and everything else we think of is dependant on carbon sources.  It's all oil every piece of plastic.  Once it's burned up its gone forever.  Don't you think future humans would like some plastic too?  This stuff needs to be recycled and treated like the valuable resource it is because in the future it willing not be nearly as abundant.
