No lines, It took 5 minutes.

His father touches the Claw in spite of Kevin's warnings and breaks two legs just as a thunderstorm tears the house apart. Kevin runs away with the Claw. He becomes captain of the Greasy Bastard, a small ship carrying rubber goods between England and Burma. Michael Palin, Terry Jones, 1974

My wife and I voted at 8 and took our 6 year old daughter  to show her. We were in and out in 7 minutes.....I had to waste  time before getting  her to school. The Clinton  syndicate practically  assaulted  us on the way in to the polling place (Meramec Community College ) and it was interesting  listening  to my 6 year Olds synopsis of what had just happened. She's  not a fan of the Clinton  freaks flying their flag at the polling  place over there hahahahahahaha...this was just a primary but, we were voting for city council and mayor over in Jerkwood as well.

actually had to vote twice . first time they handed me two ballots, filled in the front of one and the back of the other .  after the judges put their heads together put those ballots in an envelope they had.  4 different folks checked to be sure it was a single ballot .  filled it out, turned it in, got two of those I voted stickers.

One dude that knows me, said what did you expect from a guy who grew up in Cook County but vote early, vote often .

BTW, started a write in campaign for Al Agnew for president.  Latest word is that he has a commanding lead in both party races here in Illinois .:D

what a long strange trip it's been , put a dip in your hip, a glide in your stride and come on to the mother ship , the learning never ends

Norm, I thought about writing your name in, but if you won we wouldn't have anybody to Guinea pig all the fishing under adverse circumstances, since you'd presumably be pretty busy.

Mary and I voted fairly early at our little polling place.  There was one person ahead of us and two came in right behind us.  The ladies said that was the first time they'd actually had a line waiting to vote.  Just call us trend-setters.

I wish that instead of picking who we wanted to win, we could have voted on who we absolutely DIDN'T want to win.

I can tell by the tone of that post that Al and Mary are NOT helping make America great again.   :)
