We've been eating the non nitrate dogs.  Ballpark Select I think.  Can't tell the difference.  The Harter House in Branson has killer dogs.

All this hot dog talk and no one has mentioned the one food item that is hot dog like, but with it's own unique, distinctive flavor.  Also serves in a pinch as catfish bait, but I doubt the bass will touch it.  It comes in a can with a pull top -you know what it is:

Wow!  Forgot about those. Use to have them for lunch with crackers when hunting quail years ago. Doubt that my stomach could handle them now!

I had a Dodger Dog at a ballgame a few years back. It was great. 10 inch dog on a regular bun. After some research it is made by Morrell. Never heard of them.
