Split ring pliers?

Honest to God I do better with a fingernail or a hook point than split ring pliers. 

Its sad, but true. Super Dave doesn't like me to run power tools and I apparently struggle with basic tools as well.

I use the rapala ones and they work okay but I'm sure there are better ones.

You know it is time to get to fishing when you read four pages of a post about split ring pliers!

And are somewhat engaged in the turn out!!

It was one of those boy has split ring pliers, boy looses pliers and in the end he really gets the one that he wanted all along!

I was glad to read that Thumbs had a happy ending.....

TW must be monitoring our threads.  Check out the today's daily special.  I'm sure that these are too big for small split rings, but just thought it was funny to see them on the daily special.

I saw that last night and was thinking the same thing. Big Brother is everywhere. I went to TW to check out those Owner Stinger hooks and that was on the main page. Crazy

I'm glad I'm getting these. The BPS ones I mentioned work similarly but the lower jaw without the hook doesn't have the lip that grabs the ring so it just falls off usually and is extremely frustrating.
