After a string of calculations which are probably wrong, from hearsay information, I came up with an acre foot being worth about 8 dollars which would put the value of all the water in LOZ at $16,000,000 at normal pool. If the lake is one foot above normal pool that foot of water would be worth 8x54000=$432,000?

Of course that value is probably the wholesale value, may be way more at the market price or even more as peak power.
